We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. You can request a return within this period. For a return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at mein.online@outlook.de. Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided in our email. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns without prior request will not be accepted. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-exchangeable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). Returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases are also not accepted. If you have any questions about specific items, please contact us. Please note that clearance items and gift cards cannot be returned.

The quickest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the item you want separately.

European Union – 14 days reflection period

Regardless, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. The item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. Again, the presentation of the receipt or proof of purchase is required.

refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of the refund. If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at mein.online@outlook.de.
