All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive further notification when your order has been dispatched.

During peak season, high volume of orders or other events beyond our control, the processing time of your orders may be longer. If processing your order takes longer than expected, please contact us at mein.online@outlook.de.

Prices and cost estimates for domestic shipping

We offer free standard shipping (1-10 days) within the member states of the European Union for all orders over 50 EUR. If your order is less than that, the price for shipping will be calculated individually, based on the weight and dimensions of the products you order.

To preview the calculated shipping costs, add the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. After you enter your shipping information, you can see the shipping costs.

Refund, Return and Exchange

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mein.online@outlook.de with your order number and a photo of the condition of the item. We deal with these cases on a case by case basis but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
